Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teaching lessons following the centre’s curriculum syllabus.
• Design and create educational materials.
• Compile and prepare reports on student progress.
• Support and participate in centre events and activities.
• Maintain clear communication with parents by offering regular student updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and individual lessons, including general, conversational, and exam preparation courses, across face-to-face, blended, and online formats.
• Lessons may occur at our school or the client’s office.
• Allocate at least 10 hours weekly for lesson planning, grading, monitoring progress, and developing teaching resources.
• Participate in meetings, training, peer reviews, and extra-curricular activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned

• To work harmoniously with colleagues and Principal on project based assignments.

• To perform other task or duties of a childcare staff in the Centre.

• To ensure that lesson plans are prepared on time and ensure all class activities are conducted to meet prescribed standards set by the Curriculum Team.
• To observe and record periodically each child’s developmental growth.
• To ensure the well-being of children in the Centre, especially their health, safety and hygiene.
• To communicate effectively with Parents by organizing and/or conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House and other sharing sessions that enhance Parent-Centre partnership.
• To work harmoniously with colleagues and Principal on project based assignments.
• To lend your area of expertise to any seminar or workshop relevant to your professional development.
• To perform other task or duties of a childcare staff in the Centre.
