RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum according to the Companys curriculum framework
• Responsible in maintaining quality classroom and learning environment that supports development in accordance to the curriculum framework
• Foster trusting and respectful relationship with children and parents, by being a positive role model
• Execute daily routine accordance to time schedule
• Administrate minimum paper work for reference / recording purposes

• At least a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), or Diploma in Child Pyschology & Early Education
• Minimum GCE 'O' Level credit in English

• Ability to build good rapport with parents and various stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
• Passionate about working with children
• Driven to making a positive impact in the early education of the young

Chinese Language Pre-School Teacher

Main job responsibility is to teach Mother Tongue Language and implement early childhood programme.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and implement a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum

Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of children in the centre

Provide activities, apparatus and equipment to support the various curriculum areas

Experience, Qualifications and Training Requirements

For N2/ K1/K2 Teachers

Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T) / Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCET), or its equivalent recognised by ECDA for K1/K2 teachers; Certificate in Pre-school Teaching (CPT) / Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ACECCE),

OR At least 3-5 GCE “O’ level credits including Chinese Language (if untrained) If you are interested but do not possess the above mentioned qualifications, you must be willing to attend training (fully paid by employer) and serve a bond after completion of the course. You will be paid during the training period.

As the childcare centre operates from 7 am to 7 pm, you must be willing to work within the operating hours on 44-hour workweek basis.
