As a Chinese Language Teacher specializing in the GCE O-Level syllabus, you'll play a key role in shaping the academic success of Secondary 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the GCE O-Level Chinese Language curriculum.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to optimize their performance.
• Develop learning materials and resources tailored to varying student needs.
• Maintain clear communication with parents on student progress.
• Foster a supportive and conducive learning environment.

What You Can Expect:

• Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:45 PM).
• Off Days: Any 2 days from Monday to Friday (determined by the Head of Department through a planned roster).
• Location: United Square (Novena).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chinese Studies or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Chinese at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of the GCE O-Level Chinese Language syllabus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to deliver effective instruction and communicate with students and parents.

Chinese language teacher [Chinese language Enrichment centre]

Location : Upper Serangoon Road

Working days : 5 days (Wednesday to Sunday)

Centre is off on Monday & Tuesday (Both weekend need to work)

Working hours : varies, weekdays end latest 9:30pm , weekend 6:30pm

Salary : $2,600 - $3,500 (Primary levels will be $3k and below ; Secondary levels will be above $3k)

Duties:

• To teach Mandarin language classes in accordance with the Centre’s programme.
• To keep up-to-date records of all classes and material.
• To attend staff meetings, parents appointments and meetings as and when necessary
• To liaise with parents where necessary.
• To help develop new programmes where required.

Requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Chinese Language .
• Teaching experience would be advantage
