Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, lessons, and materials to complete learning objectives for group or individual lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet international or local students' interests and learning styles according to their needs.

• Create, assign, and grade various assessments and homework for students, including tests, quizzes, essays, and projects.*
• Administer tests bi-monthly to track and evaluate students’ progress, helping students improve study methods and habits.*
• Establish and enforce rules of behaviour for students in the classroom and manage student behaviour. Feedback to Academic Head if student’s misbehaviour repeatedly disrupts the lesson.
• Communicate or update regularly with the Academic Head on students’ progress.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, coworkers and supervisors.
• Maintain and update your own teaching records (softcopy or hardcopy) for all your lessons.
• Work with the Academic Head to create teaching resources for Inspiration Learning Hub Pte Ltd.*

Requirements:

• Must complete at least A Level, Polytechnic, Degree, or higher education.
• Must be able to commit to work 1.5 or both weekends. (Off-In-Lieu on weekdays)
• Patient, willing to learn/adapt, and proficient in communication.
