(j) Assisting in office admin such as updating organisation chart and honour rolls, office equipment maintenance, ordering fruit baskets, preparation/setup of events venue, replenishing first aid box, stationery, sanitisers, tissue boxes etc 2-2

(k) Attending to emergency cases by calling for emergency ambulance services when directed

(l) Any other duties assigned by Admin Manager or supervising officers

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• GCE 'N' Level Certificate or equivalent and above (education certification may be offset with relevant work experience)

• Good interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask, work both independently and as a team

• Candidates must have at least 1 years of relevant working experience

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:15 pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

• Fridays: 7.00am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

- responsible for handling bookings of appointments and walk in customers

- keying in the daily sales collected

- arrangement of timeslots for customers

- assignment of therapist roster

- prepare monthly reports for therapist sales record

- handle any phone calls for enquiries
