· Provide L1 and L2 on-site / remote IT support and fulfil service requests for CLIENT employees in all CLIENT locations.

• Work directly with the customer to understand application constraints and performance criteria to translate their needs into design requirements optimized for 3D Printing
• Implement generative design and topology optimization techniques to enhance efficiency and material utilization and ensure that parts designed consider factors such as build orientation, support structures, and material characteristics
• Generate and finalize part design and assist process engineers to develop proper manufacturing processes
