What you'll do:

As a Funds Support Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in supporting the business development and client management efforts of the Asia team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the distributors and team on client origination and project management/coordination. These tasks are essential for the efficient running of a private equity fundraise and supporting the firm’s origination efforts.

• Schedule meetings in Outlook & CRM, collect, analyse and input data of potential clients into CRM.
• Support marketing efforts by preparing materials and managing regular outreach to investors/clients.
• Support investor meetings for client’s roadshows (physical and virtual), including trip logistics such as booking flights, accommodation, meeting venues, handling expenses and reimbursements.
• Ensure all communications between the team, Clients and Investors, are captured in the CRM.
• Ensure marketing materials are always readily available.

Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Facilitate customer resolution for calls and engage their supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency across all shifts within the IT Support Center.
• Desktop Support Engineer provides Break Fix, fault diagnosis and resolution.
