Job Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders for despatch and / or shipping tasks
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory

Job Title: Governance, Risk and Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Specialists to join our team. This role is focused on enhancing and operationalizing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and managing compliance with cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in ICT cybersecurity, data security, and audit management, along with strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks to support organizational security objectives.
• Conduct and manage audit activities, ensuring adherence to established cybersecurity and data security policies and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage security risks, including the validation of remediations to address security vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize and enforce cybersecurity policies, driving compliance across the organization.
• Support compliance with standards, including Instruction Manual 8 and CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice, and ensure regular reporting on compliance status.
• Perform data visualization and analytics to generate insights and reports for monitoring security risk and compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to maintain robust security defenses.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in ICT cybersecurity, data security, audit management, governance, risk, and compliance management.
• Relevant certifications in IT governance, IT audit, cybersecurity, or data security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are preferred.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including Instruction Manual 8 and the CSA Cybersecurity Code of Practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of security vulnerabilities, risk assessments, and remediation validation processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools to support compliance reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and security analytics platforms.
• Prior experience in a highly regulated industry or government organization is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. ProcurementHandle ad-hoc procurement of small-value items (e.g., stationery, catering, transport bookings).
   
2. Student AdministrationAssist in processing applications for financial assistance and other schemes for students from low-income families.
   
3. Finance AssistanceFollow up monthly with parents on outstanding bills and payment matters.
   
4. Staff MattersUpdate staff movement board for leave and medical leave records.
   
5. Record KeepingMaintain accurate monthly records of utilities, telecommunications, and photocopy usage.
   Track contract expiry dates for key agreements and services.
   
6. Front Desk and Visitor SupportAttend to walk-in visitors, parents, vendors, and students requiring assistance.
   Provide first aid and support to sick or injured students.
   
7. Telephone and Email ManagementAnswer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate or equivalent (English medium).
• Language: Proficient in English, with Mandarin as a preferred secondary language.
• Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
  Ability to work effectively under pressure, maintaining professionalism and positivity.
  High attention to detail, with solid organization and time management abilities.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience: Candidates with school financial administration experience will be prioritized.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems’ resources usage closely.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met; Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches’ users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
• Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides; Provide L1/L2 support and participate as a team lead or member in projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, OR/AND Certification in CCNA with minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Proficient in enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, and VPN optimization implementation and support
• Skilled in administering Microsoft Server 2012 and later, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite products/services
• Familiar with internet architecture designs such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy and Firewall & devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller
• Strong knowledge of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; familiarity with PDPA is highly preferred
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux; API/Web Programming and Database Administration is an added advantage
