About the Role

Our client, a reputable IT Solutions company with offices in Singapore and Malaysia, is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer (L1) to join their Ubi office in Singapore. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting and solving IT-related issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues or escalate to Level 2 support when required.
• Assist in configuring and maintaining IT systems, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Coordinate with end-users on-site to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

• Deliver training to customers on the startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
