We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Maintenance Engineer to provide comprehensive support for multiple customer network environments. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting a wide range of network devices, including routers, switches, access points (APs), Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs), Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), as well as supporting Windows servers and laptops. • Helpdesk and Troubleshooting:

The Caregiver Support Network (CSN) programme by MPCSL was started in 2022 to look after the needs of caregivers in Marine Parade. The programme has benefited the lives of many and is now expanding into the neighbouring Kembangan-Chai Chee (KCC) constituency.

The Programme Manager (PM) will work with the Head, CSN to implement and establish this programme in KCC.

Roles & Responsibilities

Programme Management

· Conduct needs-assessment and onboard eligible caregivers onto the programme.

· Organise, curate and manage workshops and activities for caregivers.

· Promptly attend to requests of caregivers wrt to caregiving needs till satisfactory completion.

· Conduct regular house visits and phone calls to engage caregivers.

· Liaise with stakeholders and community partners to identify potential caregivers.

· Participate and perform outreach efforts during roadshows and events.

Review & Evaluate Programme’s Initiatives
