Our Banking client is seeking a Affluent Lifestyle Support Executive, you'll be supporting the day-to-day business/operational support for the Affluent Relationship Managers. This will include admin tasks, customer services duty, supporting event management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• To work closely with the Affluent Product & Marketing team, Banking Private Client Relationship Managers and Support teams to create a superior product and customer journey for affluent segment together
• To liaise, monitor and gate-keep the lifestyle services provided by external vendors
• To do necessary research and complete logistics required to fulfil client requests while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior and it will be measured by specific metrics
• Assist with organizing logistics for client events
• To design workflow for assigned projects and initiatives in line with objectives of the company
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or relevant experience
• Minimum of 2-5 years in service management, marketing and/or team sales experience.
• Relevant experience in servicing affluent customers a MUST
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Outstanding problem solving skills with the ability to resolve complex customer service enquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
• Strong attention to details and administrative capabilities
• An ability to demonstrate strong empowerment and decision-making skills with excellent verbal and written communications
• A good team player, being cooperative and work effectively within the group
• Required to attend events in the evenings and/or weekends
• A flair for creativity and a genuine interest in travelling, fashion, the arts, music, sports, and theatre would be an added advantage
• Ability to understand the lifestyle of affluent segment will be a plus

The Role

We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide first level support. This involves taking calls and handling incidents or service requests using the incident management system and request fulfilment processes.

We’re looking for someone who has technical proficiency in:

· 1 years desktop support experience, preferably in a Financial Services Environment, or, Degree level Qualification or equivalent in relevant field.

· Support Desk call logging tools – HP service centre / Remedy / Infra.

· Senior Management / VIP Support.

· Cisco Unified Call Manager.

· Bloomberg/Reuters.

· MCP / MCITP Windows 7 / MCDST / MCSA.

· ITIL v3 Foundation.

· Data Centre experience.

· On call / Out of hours experience.

· Apple products / Mobile technologies.

Typical Job duties would include:

· Provide first line support through the call-logging software and on-site, as appropriate for all incidents and requests.

· Issue customers with details of call assignment and likely resolution timescales.

· Reassign or escalate incidents and requests to on-site third line support, third parties or other teams where appropriate discussing fully with colleagues.

· Monitor and update all incidents and requests, including calls assigned to external suppliers.

· Review incidents and requests with customers and work together to continuously improve service delivery provision.

· Deal directly with requests and complaints alike and escalate where necessary.

· TCP/IP Troubleshooting.

· LAN/WAN troubleshooting Skills.

· Building and Maintaining Desktop/Laptops (HP/Dell).
