KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Performance Operations System/FactSet Support, your main focus will be to support and maintain our FactSet Systems (B-One system and FactSet (SPAR/PA) system), used by the Performance team for the production of performance measurement, reporting and attribution analysis.

You will also support our enterprise-wide operating model for Performance & Analytics (“P&A”) Reporting, that would include integration with our proprietary database called HERA for downstream reporting in HERA and ATHENA Dashboards, and with our data providers (Fund Accountants & Middle Office Service Provider) for all data related queries & feeds.

In addition, you will have supplementary responsibilities that would include ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of investment performance and analytical reporting for various stakeholders, that include Portfolio Managers, Client Groups (Sales and Marketing), Senior Management and Local Business Units (LBUs).

Conduct & support data reconciliation in between our FactSet Systems

Conduct, support & maintain set-ups, configurations, workflows and data checks in our FactSet Systems and in the P&A Operating Workflow

Investigate & resolve breaks and potential issues related to the P&A Operating Workflow, by identify root cause, by engaging stakeholders (FactSet counterparts, HERA engineers and Data Providers e.g. Fund accountants and Middle Office service provider) and by working towards proper resolution

Escalate timely errors, processes gaps and other inaccuracies as needed

Liase & work closely with the key stakeholders for re-designing process flows and for maintenance of our FactSet Systems and our P&A Operating Workflow

Maintain stakeholder relationships and manage expectations

Answer & support query on fund and benchmark returns, asset returns or attribution results

Ensure all new procedures are documented and agreed

Identify and execute continuous process improvement and automation

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

5 years relevant experience in support & maintaining Performance or Attribution system, for performance analysis, investment risk analysis or similar role

Experience in using Factset Systems (preferably FactSet (SPAR/PA/Vault) system, B-One is a plus)

Implementation / System Migration experience of a Performance or Attribution system is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar field

Understanding of portfolio analysis including performance calculation methodologies and risk analytics

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable with complex formulas and financial instruments (eg: derivatives)

Strong knowledge of Excel and SQL queries

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Production Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and troubleshoot production systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of software and infrastructure updates. This position requires a blend of technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. The role involves working in shifts, including occasional after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production systems, including Linux VMs, vendor products, and SFTP platforms, to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges efficiently and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain detailed documentation for production incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using JIRA or similar tools.
• Develop and refine processes to enhance production support efficiency and system reliability.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on system health and issue resolution.
• Support the deployment and release of software updates and infrastructure patches during silent hours to minimize impact on business operations.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address production issues outside standard business hours. Shifts include Morning (7 AM – 4 PM) and Afternoon (2 PM – 11 PM), with coverage 7 days a week.
• Perform development tasks within the vendor product, allocating 10–20% of time for this responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in Production Support or a similar role.
• Proficient in Java,SQL,UNIX, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and flexible to work shifts as needed.

Job Summary:

The incumbent is part of TOUCH Special Needs Group (TSNG) who reports to the Centre Manager of TOUCH Ubi Hostel (TUH) / Community Support Service (CSS) and is responsible for the role of Social Worker I that encompasses implementing holistic services and programmes that will benefit and make an impact to the needs of clients under TSNG and CSS. The incumbent is responsible for delivery of quality service, personal efficiency and teamwork at the workplace

Main Responsibilities:

• Planning and executing community outreach programme and/ or support group for clients in CSS. Conduct feedback and outcome-based evaluation for programme.
• Mobilise resources and work with community partners to support the execution of community programme.
• Lead and mentor volunteers in planning and execution of CSS activities.
• Outreach to community partners to advocate for Persons with disability (PwD) and recruitment of potential CSS clients.
• Handle enquiries pertaining to programme and to assess potential clients for intake to CSS or other services under TSNG.
• Casework management for CSS clients who need support such as social-emotional support, long term care planning etc.
• Provide service/ care coordination of PwDs and caregivers from information gathering, intake assessment and case coordination with other stakeholders/agencies
• Outreach to PwDs in the community through various means such as door-to-door or roadshows etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with families and caregivers and organize and conduct caregivers’ support activities under TSNG.
