Essential Functions

· Utilize technical writing strategies to ensure content of documentation is clear, concise, and complete.

Role Description

-Perform month end closing process including journal entries preparation, balance sheet account reconciliations

-Review and analyze monthly variances for any irregularities or unusual transactions and work closely with other counterparts to understand those variances

-Preparation and computation of monthly sales accrual computations

-Preparation and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, year-end reporting package to Regional FP&A

-Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with specified policies and procedures.

-Complete quarterly P&L forecast & annual budget

-Liaise with external auditors for statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules and financial statements

-Assist the Regional Team with other administrative tasks for month end close

-Any other assigned duties

• To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives
• To collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards
• To partner key stakeholders to translate company's priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans
• To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
• To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
• To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for Clinical transformation
• To do project management and align Clinical transformation’s work plans

Job requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Proven track record of using Tableau for visualization and analysis, along with a strong understanding of data management and interpretation to drive impactful decision making
• Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and/or R and visualization tools such as Tableau.

· Setting-up products in the product engine, which includes formula coding and product table set-ups.

· Support the testing of products in the product engine.

· Work with business SMEs (Actuarial Pricing team, Product Implementation team, IT team) to troubleshoot any testing defect arises.

· Ensure timely completion of product testing in accordance with the stipulated milestone

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
