Your team:

You’ll be working in the Application Support WMPC team in Singapore. We support critical front office and back office functions within Wealth Management. Our team provides application & infrastructure related technical support to ensure end-to-end production stability and availability with an unwavering focus and aim to serve client needs. Aligned to the UBS WMPC business and IT application service line, we ensure that our approach is oriented to uphold the trust and manage the relationship between IT and our financial advisers and their clients.

Your expertise:

• Ideally 5-10 years of Level2 Production support experience in a global environment
• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of WebSphere, Linux, Cloud (Azure) and automation/application monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk/Selenium and Jenkins.
• Highly committed, resilient and have a strong focus on accountability with a commitment to resolving issues, managing stakeholder communication, and following the appropriate escalation matrix
• Have strong analytical, problem solving and synthesizing skills
• Able to drive service improvements (set up telemetry for early detection of incidents, fast recovery and automation of repetitive/manual tasks)
