The Senior QA Specialist will support day-to-day Quality Assurance activities in accordance with approved SOPs / Policies for a multi-product, cGMP contract manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Quality Assurance (QA) operations in line with approved SOPs and policies within a multi-product, cGxP contract manufacturing environment.

• Support regulatory inspections or customer audits, confidently representing the company as a subject matter expert in QA oversight.
• Offer QA oversight for site-wide improvement projects, collaborating across departments to ensure clear communication and updates.
• Lead or assist in resolving complex process and project issues.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their development.
• Formulate and present solutions to internal and external teams and management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals, with significant experience in Validation and Quality roles within the Biopharmaceutical industry.
• A team player with 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar industry or role.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and local codes and standards (e.g., FDA, EMEA, ICHQ7).
• Practical and theoretical experience in quality management systems within GM facilities.

Project details

Our Customer is a Leading bank in Australia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management.
This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances.
We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office with Excelian.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Technical Business Analyst role looks after the business engagement, functional requirements, solution design, and some system configuration for delivery of the migration projects.

Summary

This TS&D specialist will play a key technical role in supporting the growth of the business under Packaging and Specialty Plastics of the Dow Chemical Company in different countries of SEA. The role is to be part of Dow’s cutting-edge technology development and resolve current and future scientific difficulties in material science.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide technical solutions

• Focus on client-side application development and technical support.
• Propose solutions to resolve internal and external technical issues related to the Packaging and Specialty Plastics business.
• Identify gaps of existing products and technology, help develop new products by working closely with R&D experts.

2. Interface with Customers

• Cultivate and maintain customer intimacy by interacting with customers on a regular basis. Work closely with sales counterparts to develop and solidify relationships with customers.
• Responsibilities include: visit customers, provide technical consultation and troubleshooting advice, coordinate test samples and results, documentation, technical presentation and lab results analysis.

Experience qualifications

• Master’s degree or above who graduate in 2024 or 2025, Major in Polymer Science and Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
• Proven track record of customer issue resolving and technical troubleshooting.
• Fundamental understanding in the general area of polymer science and engineering, e.g. polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer processing and rheology, polymer characterization etc.
• Research Experience on plastic film or sheet formulation, process and application in packaging materials will be preferred.
• This role requires good English reading, writing and speaking. Chinese and Bahasa capability is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

· To prepare drawings for presentation, tender documentation, variation order and relevant submission.

a) Design sketches are checked for compliance with Technical Department / Authorities

b) Timeliness of schedule for drawing activities must adhere to the norm.

c) All approved design / feedback / comments arising from checking must be incorporated in the final drawings.

d) All drawings must be prepared in accordance to ISO Manual and other statutory requirements.

e) All computer-drawing files, including BIM drawings, must be cleaned and tidied upon completion of drawings

· To process design sketches / drawings and highlight on any non-compliances prior to commencement of working drawings. - All non-compliances must be resolved within the stipulated time frame.

· To submit drawings to the relevant Technical Department / Authorities as stipulated in the timeliness of schedule of activity.

a) Time frame of submission must meet the norm.

b) Type of drawings with the endorsements, documents and numbers of sets are submitted correctly.

· To discharge other relevant works / duties that may be assigned as and when. Duties must be carried out in accordance to work requirements.

· To co-ordinate and lead a team of draughtsmen on project basis as Drafting Project Team Leader.

a) Draughtsman involved in the project, must be briefed on the scope of work in the project.

b) Drafting works are planned and distributed evenly to all draughtsmen in the team

Job Requirements

· Diploma in Architecture or Equivalent

· Experienced in tender documentation, BIM and submissions to technical agencies.

· Proficiency in AUTOCAD and BIM modelling is a MUST with ArchiCAD preferred.

· Good knowledge in Architecture design & construction.

· Passionate, Team Player and willingness to learn

· Positive work attitude, responsible with good follow-up skills
