Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
• Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
• Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
• Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
• Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.

Job Description:

• Resolve BAU batch and file transfer issues.
• Work with application team to address challenges in existing batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling, ensuring tightened security.
• Provide support for Automic AWA and File Transfer BAU change requests, incidents, and IT projects.

Job Requirements:
