We are seeking a Partner Support Analyst to focus on implementing effective support solutions for media publishers, public figures, and creators to connect with their communities. This role will sit within the Partner Support Strategy team, which oversees the optimization of support processes, tooling, and enablement for strategic partners across social media platforms.

This will be an operationally intensive role working with various internal processes and systems to drive efficiency across the organization. Being an organized, detail-oriented mindset self-starter, you will serve as a key point of contact between key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist partners and partner managers with troubleshooting. Triage operational requests to the appropriate teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams to identify areas for efficiency and collaboration.
• Partner with cross-functional team members to drive operational improvements with a good understanding of internal policies and risks. .
• Serve as the primary POC for the partner onboarding and offboarding process including data collection, evaluation, and input.
• Utilize various internal tools to help onboard and provide ongoing partner support. Own resolving partner issues by using all available tools and resources.
• Provide an amazing support experience to our creators or partners across the platform.
• Maintain internal databases to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Provide educational training to partner managers on partner support and escalation processes.
• Contribute with insights based on day to day work and by executing tasks to support initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to communicate fluently in Japanese
• 3+ years of experience
• BA or BS Degree in a related field
• Avid Social Media user with knowledge of both products as a user and creator or publisher

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in relevant industries such as Entertainment, Sports, Media, or Gaming Video.
• Experience working in partner or customer support operations at a technology company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various stakeholders in each business unit to analyse and provide SME support in department’s role matrix amendment.
• Perform application onboarding activities which includes requirement gathering, build, UAT and support production deployments into the IDM solution.
• Manage the bank’s access review exercise which includes application access reconciliation and consolidation into centralized access repository.
• Review application access matrix.
• Perform maintenance of Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules in the IDM solution.
• Providing audit related data to internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.
• Relevant experience in any of the IDM tools
• Strong knowledge on role based access control.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
• Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java.
• Hands on experience with Reporting tools with excellent computational ability.
• Effective communication skills, requires excellent stakeholder management skills, has ability to multitask effectively and need to be a good team player.

• Collate and manage all the details regarding the CCTR application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.

• Compile and consolidate subsidiaries’ monthly performance reporting data, which include sales, costs, and expenses actual result and outlook.
• Account for variance between actual result and budget with in-depth analysis of root cause.
• Analysis and monitor regional headquarter profit status, included preparing headquarter annual budget and monthly outlook, monitoring monthly profit status and explaining the gaps.
• Support projects in the business region to prepare for annual budget and forecast, which include plan guide development, consolidation of subsidiaries’ plan data in a timely & effective manner, and ensures accuracy and timeliness are correctly managed.
