Responsibilities

The Resident Technical Officer shall report to the Consultant, be responsible for the constant/standing supervision of the construction of Civil & Structural works of the project and shall exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of the contract.

To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.

To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents, and site instructions.

To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:

Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.

Qualifications

Possess Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structural discipline.

Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES / ACES.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least 2 to 3 years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works.

This role will have primary responsibility to manage the product development process, build the vision and future strategy of the product tying to value (OKRs), enforcing best practices of product development cycle. The Product Manager will also leverage their understanding of the technology stack of modern applications, ability to combine design & user needs with business expectations, ability to build & prioritize backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related fields.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant experience with implementation of Responsible Artificial Intelligence solutions at the enterprise level.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the digital Product Management function.
• At least 3 years of hands-on people management work experience coaching, mentoring or developing other Product Managers.
