The Job
The Global FCO (FX & Commodities Operations) and DCS (OTC Derivative Confirmation & Settlement) team perform end to end confirmation and settlements processes. Within APAC FCO and DCS, the team provides multiple services such as trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients on trade settlements issues including confirmation of settlement amounts, exchanging of SSIs and finalization of settlement confirmation arrangements.
• Follow up in resolution of trade discrepancies with clients, trade control and front office.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system.
• Point of contact for clients on payment inquiries. Control, monitor and resolve settlements/system breaks status.
• Liaise with Legal, Credit, and Front Office teams in resolving documentation related queries.
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives.

1. Good co-ordination skills and good technical knowledge of M&E systems/ equipment, including security systems

Roles & Responsibilities

• To review all Authority's and Contractor's drawings

Job Description:

• Assist and report directly to Deputy Building Manager (DBM) in all operation & maintenance concerns:

- Oversee the facilities management within the premises
