The analyst is expected to drive incident resolution upwards of 90% of all issues without the need for any escalation. What we expect of you, day to day.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Internal stakeholders including technology team to deliver business driven outcomes that drive revenue and cost saving impacts.

5. Training (5% of time): Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
