Position Details:

Reporting to the Director, Global Marine Operations, the Operations Support Analyst is responsible for understanding system-based Operations work processes and owning the resolution of any process gaps. The Analyst is expected to resolve transactional process and system issues within the IMOS system, deliver training to voyage coordinators to reinforce processes, refine processes when needed, manage relevant documentation, and work collaboratively with the BI & IT organizations to design, manage, and deliver system-based solutions where appropriate. The Analyst will also act as vacation backup for Voyage Coordinators. Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all Marine Operations system based work process, most notably IMOS transactional processes. This activity includes understanding both the system and work processes, understanding process/Veslink errors, and recommending permanent fixes.
