Currently, we are looking for Technical Product Manager which would be based in Singapore

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3+ years as a business analyst software development projects and minimum 2 years’ experience working in an Agile environment and Cloud platform
• Work closely with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedule, issues and escalation
• Plan for and justify project IT resource allocation, including securing approval, monitor and track project resource usage
• Work with Product Owner and Product Manager to craft and refine user stories by providing technical analysis; and building the Product Backlog with prioritization
• Review and participate in technical proposal or solution, system design and architecture to ensure they are of quality, while adhering to all standards, governance, and policies
• Propose feasible ideas and solutions, or engage subject matter expert to provide aid and improve the quality of the product
• Coordinate with relevant project teams of interfacing systems to ensure smooth end-to-end workflows can be achieved reliably, and efficiently
• Work with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team to plan and design UAT, coordinate and monitor progress and ensure acceptance of UAT
• Review and ensure that all documentations are complete and of quality
• Maintain and continuously refine Product Backlog
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA will be an added advantage
• Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods will be an added advantage

• 10+ years of demonstrable experience in writing clean code quickly in Java coding.
• Strong knowledge in Core Java, OOP software concepts and coding best practices.
• Proven experience in test engineering, creating and executing test strategies and managing test automation projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, with a track record of building and leading teams.
• Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into the deployment process.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of data-driven approach and ability to present data and metric its client leadership.
• Good to have any Cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure) experience

• Customize and conduct ANSYS software training

We would love to hear from you if:

• You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• You have knowledge in MEDDIC, Product Design, Manufacturing Process, FMEA, DOE Optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, Six-Sigma or TRIZ methodologies.
• Experience in ANSYS software will be highly advantageous.
• You have experience in applying PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE/Additive Manufacturing solutions in solving industrial problems.
• You have the ability to build relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques as well as maintaining relationships with current customers.
• You have 1 to 2 years sales experience.
• You are professional, with a strong sense of ethics and morals.
• You are self-motivated and sales-driven.
• You have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity in Atlassian products such as JIRA, Confluence is a plus
• Experience with Angular 8 and above is plus
• Experience with multi-thread programming is a plus

• Conduct inspection on Soil investigation and instrumentation works
• Carry- out supervision and coordination on-site to meet the project schedule
• Conduct inspection in Installation of ERSS works, D-wall, Site Investigation, Shotcrete, Rockbolt, controlled blasting , Soil Instrumentation works.
• Carry out full-time standing supervision of Ground Investigation Works
• Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings, and fieldwork records/logs on a daily basis
• Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary
• Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary
• Shift work - Day and/or Night
• Location - Various jobsites
