The Technical Designer is part of the design team from the beginning and assists in making sure the design intent from concept is carried out in the detailing stage. He/She will be supporting the designer in selection of materials and systems,further the design resolution of details, specification reviews and/or writing, local building code compliance and analysis of the same in the International Building Code as requested by the project/client/operator; ultimately responsibility is in the quality control review of project documents. The Technical Designer supports the preparation of detailed drawings and tender documents. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assures efficient preparation of detailed drawings through schematic design and design development to tender documentation phase on assigned projects
