Job Description:

• Provide service and support to end users and sub-contractors, including on-site support, and/or remote support
• Assist Senior Engineer with creating technical documentation; participate in design and improvement process
• Understand schematic design and construction drawings to produce AV construction drawings.
• Configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain audio-visual systems and digital signage systems for customers
• Conduct testing and commissioning, and perform factory and site acceptance tests for systems, product features, and functions
• Provide training sessions to clients, and occasionally attend trade shows and product training seminars
• Assist in after-sales services.
• Good written, communication, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System configuration, Testing, and commissioning for Audio Visual solutions.
• Experience in products like Videowall, LED & LCD Display, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker, videoconferencing, Audio Visual Switches.
• Experience in similar renowned AV brands like Samsung, LG, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Cisco, and Logitech.
• Knowledge of network cabling.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement software solutions for Building Management System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc
• Design P&ID diagram
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
• Develop and maintai manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
• Proven track record in leading a technical team in the successful delivery of projects
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to cooling, solar, and electric vehicle charging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Possess the ability to use data insights to drive system performance improvements

- To backup QAM as authorized certifying staff ( CAAS & EASA ) to issue ARC as a single point failure.

- To support QAM to acquire certification CAAC (DKA ), to expand china local market sales and to meet minimal requirements from Airline customers requests to get ISO Certified.

- To support the daily activities

- Update, review QMS documentation to ensure compliance (Quality Manual, procedures, WOI, Instruction, etc )

- Assist during an external audit.

- Assist in analyzing follow up on the external/internal audit findings.

- Issuance / checking/ signing CAAS

- Analyses reject parts, arrange MRB.

- Update ASL, the supplier evaluation result

- Handling supplier or subcontractor audit, SQQ

- Prepare Q Score/ IQC / OQC monthly reports.

- Arrange for materials testing.

- Conduct training for QA staff & inspectors

- Perform Supplier evaluation and assessment.

- Lead in process and procedures continuous improvements and business excellence initiatives

- Maintain audit records and manage/track/follow-up on associated corrective action.

- Reports directly to the Quality assurance Manager and assist him on all QA/QC activities.

Job Requirements: -

• Diploma in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of AS 9100 & ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience of aviation in the quality department related aviation environment.
