The Engineer will be responsible for driving electro-mechanical product development in compliance with ISO 13485 standards across multiple levels, from component to product. What you will do:
As Digital Solution Engineer/ Architect, you will be taking lead on application of digital software to our customer requirements and supporting digital sales specialists to sell the deals with include:

Client Engagement:

Job Description

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. There are multiple positions available at different levels with a diverse set of expertise. This program is funded under the National Quantum Processor Initiative, a flagship program under the National Quantum Office Singapore. The aim of the program is to develop a full stack quantum processor based on Yb-Ba ions. This program brings together the unique capabilities of the existing ion trap groups in CQT expertizing on these two-ion species to explore scalability of the system.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies is a pioneering quantum centre in the world offering a diverse research culture at the intersection of three different fields namely, theoretical, experimental Physics and computer science. Job Requirements

We are looking for several electrical engineers to join the small team of scientists and engineers working on the next generation of the ion trap quantum processor. The candidate should have:

• Bachelor or Master degree in electronics, electrical engineering or related fields;

Job Description: Semiconductor Process Integration Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly-skilled Process Integration Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and deliver advanced process modules with our partner foundry facilities for optoelectronic integrated circuits (ICs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor process technology and a proven track record of working effectively with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Development: You will join an existing team to design and develop semiconductor process flows to for a proprietary CMOS + III-V monolithic integration platform. You will integrate various process modules into a cohesive manufacturing process, optimizing for performance, yield, and reliability.

2. Collaboration with Fab Partners: You will be responsible for management of projects under your purview with one or more fab partners, including aspects such as budgeting, schedule and resource planning. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer specializing in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of electrical control panels. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all control systems are designed and maintained in compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Should be avaliable 24/7.Should able to work overseas. Should have class 3 Driving Licience 5 years experience in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Component Selection and Sizing: Calculate and size electrical components such as circuit breakers (CB), relays, contactors, and cables. Specify and integrate control devices like PLCs, VSDs, VFDs, HMI panels, and temperature controllers.
• Control Panel Assembly: Oversee the assembly, wiring, and testing of control panels, ensuring accuracy and quality. Work closely with technicians to provide guidance and address any assembly issues.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues in a timely manner. Implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies for control systems.
• Programming and Integration: Develop and modify PLC and SCADA programs for control system applications. Ensure seamless integration of control systems with other automation and instrumentation devices.
• Testing and Commissioning: Perform functional testing and validation of control panels and systems. Commission control panels on-site, including configuring and calibrating field devices and instrumentation.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and user manuals for control systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in control panel design, assembly, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience:

• Strong knowledge-based on excel skills and some knowledge of supply chain analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all monitoring system of the building management faciities are in good operating condition (error free) and feedback on all alarms and errors generated form BMS.
• Perform scheduling of facilities and building management services to facilitate events and arising requirement.
• Reporting and compilation of daily, feedback, building management facilities faults and activities.
• Operate the plant at the most efficient operating condition and ensure all abnormities are reported for corrective actions
• Validate all facilities & Building management maintenance work carried out by the contractors and ensure compliance to the prescribed standards
• Perform routine building management facilities activities including inventory control. Critical systems checks and functional testing. Able to respond and take action in response to facilities crisis management activities including: power outages, fire alarms, ACMV outages.
• Analyse data and identify trends with facility issues to determine root cause and take appropriate action.
• Responds to BMS alerts, investigate and feedback on any outstanding issues or events and respond to emergency situations and be on standby duty as required.
• Provide technical support to all aspects M&E operations including the operation, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supporting a 24x7 activities to achieve 100% uptime and 100% compliance with all customer SLAs.
• Assist in all site construction activities and installations, in coordination with external contractors to ensure system design, installation and testing adhere to operational standards. Witness testing of all equipment during commissioning and validate sequence of operations and receipt of all operational documentation.
• Maintain compliance with local workplace safety & health (WSH) standards and local electrical and building codes.
• Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOP) and emergency response procedures (ERP) established for the critical environments, as well as the formal change control process.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive AV/IT Engineer who can take the lead on AV/IT initiatives and offer expert advice on AV/IT design and project plans, ensuring project needs are met, maintain, and monitor project timelines, intervening when necessary, onsite installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, take ownership and coordinate with others to support daily audio visual technical requests. Supervise and assist in the setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of audio visual systems. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is ready for use. Compile and analyze weekly reports, incident reports, and service report submissions, networking, and other in-house projects at customer premises.
