Responsible in the preparation of line index, tie-in list, piping layout and information, loading calculation, MTO sketch, BM/BQ, and 2D/3D CAD modeling of piping system, equipment and structure, interference detection, and model review.

Has the technical responsibility for developing stress/vibration sketch/model, and mechanical data, for interpreting moment, stress, reaction force, and displacement, and for coordination these responsibilities with reports to ensure timely completion that meets project schedule and budget.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Studies ITB, project and design basis such as scope of work, overall project schedule, basic design data, client specification, client standard drawings, existing drawings, and plot plan through the guidance of Senior Piping.
• Prepares line index, tie-in list, piping layout, piping information, loading calculation, steam trace layout, MTO sketch, BM/BQ, plan and isometric drawing in compliance with project standards, specifications, contract requirements, and accepted engineering and construction practices.
• Selects line which requires stress/vibration sketch following the criteria set for analysis and evaluation, prepares mechanical data, and performs calculation for initial displacement with assistance of Senior Piping Engineer.
• Assists in developing model for stress/vibration analysis, interprets and evaluates result, and recommends method of resolution to comply with applicable vendor’s allowable or code requirements.
• Performs highly specialised 3D CAD modeling of equipment, structural, and piping system, interference detection, annotation, model review, and plan drawing extraction according to project 3D modelling procedure and by the use of PDS Intergraph or SP3D CAD software.
• Prepares steam trace piping drawings and pipe support drawings in 2D CAD format.
• Assists the Senior Piping Engineers or project Key Person in field survey work to develop conceptual routing, verify tie-in location, and other related activities.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned or designated to him/her by his/her superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 5 years of experience.
• Training will be provided.
• Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing and 2D/3D CAD tasks. Ability to adapt with changes due to upgrading of computer software. Capable to utilize AutoCAD/Cad Pipe /Microstation 2D CAD; PDS Intergraph and SP3D softwares with minimal assistance.

Overall Summary:

Senior Network Engineer will drive the implementation of strategy for infrastructure operations and maintenance to ensure availability of stable and secure systems. As a Senior Piping Engineer, he/she shall act as key person of the project as designated by Piping Department Manager and Lead Piping Engineer and performs the function inherent to this position. Responsible for the preparation of major piping layout, MTO sketch, and 3D CAD model review on piping system, equipment and structure, and interference detection. Has the technical responsibility for interpreting and evaluating stress/ vibration result, for reviewing piping layout, and piping information. He/She will also be responsible for reviewing piping engineering progress against approved schedule, for evaluating changes and taking corrective action when required, for providing technical guidance, and for organizing, executing and coordinating these responsibilities to ensure timely completion and meets project schedule and budget.

Senior Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Engineers and Technicians for the execution of I&C System, SCADA, Industrial Automation, BMS system or ELV system
• Work with team to prepare, review, and submit all the related samples, catalogues, method of statement, risk assessments, panel layout details, design/shop drawings, Operational & Maintenance manual, As-built drawings, and etc for consultants and clients review and approval
• Work closely with team to control and monitor the execution of the projects to ensure that the projects meet the planned schedule, quality and cost requirement
• Communicate and coordinate with all the related stakeholders including internal teams, clients and contractors during the execution of the projects
• Manage site installation and site commissioning
• Manage and oversee the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) in accordance to the clients' requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issue arise during the deployment of the control system
• Prepare and submit the progress claims with all the necessary supporting documents to clients for payment clarification
• Any other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation & Control related discipline
• At least 5 years project management working experience related to I&C System, SCADA, Industrial Automation, BMS system or ELV system

Duties & Responsibilities:

Principal

• Occasionally establishes and prepares basis of design and/or estimation and design philosophy and requirements prior to execution of electrical detailed engineering works.
• Occasionally performs electrical system studies including value engineering to determine most cost-effective design but still conforms to Client requirements.
• Normally prepares key electrical engineering documents like Key Single Line Diagrams, Conceptual Layouts, Substation Layouts and, system diagrams for Fire Alarm and Communication Systems in accordance with Client and Project requirements to facilitate the execution of electrical detailed engineering works.
• Normally prepares specifications, data sheets, requisitions, technical evaluation reports and vendor data review of major substation electrical equipment in accordance with Client and project requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Normally establishes estimation basis and prepares technical proposals for proposal projects in accordance with Client requirements and acceptable estimation and engineering practices.
• Normally coordinates with other discipline, vendors and/or sub-contractors to ensure conformity with project and Client requirements.
• Normally acts as KP of medium to large sized standard projects, exceeding 5,000 electrical engineering manhours.
• Perform discipline project control (schedule, BM/BQ & manhour) when assigned as Project Lead Engineer.
• Assists in implementation of Department training programs by functioning as a “trainer” or "mentor".
• Supports major phase of construction work, can assume responsibility as the Electrical Site Superintendent, Electrical QA/QC in charge, and Lead Field Engineer.
• Acts as the home base Lead Support Engineer when the major phase of the project has been shifted to site, such as purchasing of additional major equipment / material, coordinate / expedite vendors for the immediate supply of material exceptions, resolving major engineering conflicts within the approved specifications.
• Participates in site survey/ investigation of existing facilities to clarify feasibility of the design
• Participate in factory acceptance tests of electrical equipment to confirm suitability of equipment and ensure that the equipment is manufactured according to the agreed specifications.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors.

Competencies / Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills, AutoCAD and/or Microstation and common electrical calculation software.
• Familiar with local and international electrical codes, standards and regulations.
• Proficient in the design of electrical systems for oil/petroleum/industrial infrastructure industries.
• Familiar with ETAP and e-DPP software.
• Proficient in substation energization work.

Education Qualifications and other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 15 years and above experience in electrical detailed engineering works of Oil & Gas, petrochemical and other related industrial plants, including five (5) or more years in frontend engineering and proposal / estimation works and additional five (5) or more years infield engineering works.

Duty and responsibility

• Plan, organize and ensure the First Article, Incoming QC, In-Process QC; Final-QC activities are performed efficiently and effectively.
• Supervise and lead a team of QC Leaders/Specialist/Inspectors.
• Establish, review quality control plans, standard operating procedures to ensure products and processes conform with customer specifications
• Work with cross functional departments to ensure product quality and system requirements are realized.
• Liaise with suppliers to improve their processes and resolve material/component related quality issues including RTV lots.
• Perform internal audit to warrant processes and procedures are well maintain and comply with ISO 9001, 13485 Standards and Regulatory requirements

Requirement

• 5 years’ experience in QA functions, preferably in the medical device/plastic moulding manufacturing.
• Good knowledgeable in statistical techniques, eg SPC, CPK, Gage R&R and FMEA.
• Well versed in measurement metrology eg, familiar with CMM, Smart-scope and the ability to interpret Engineering drawings and specifications.
