Tasks and Responsibilities

• To assist Fire Safety Manager in the implementation of protocols as per Emergency Response Procedure (ERP) to be in line and compliance with Singapore Fire Code requirements.
• To assist Fire Safety Manager in conducting relevant drills as per frequency stipulated by SCDF.
• To enforce on compliance of all Fire safety related legislations and Pollution control matters.
• To develop, plan and conduct training relevant to emergency response scenarios to all relevant staff and contractors within PaxOcean.
• To organise and conduct first aid & rescue related training to all HSE and yard staff.
• To lead appointed CERT members in firefighting, rescue and oil pollution control operations.
• To support in the administration and conduct of all other HSE related training i.e., Safety Induction Program for all staff & subcontractors.
• To be in charge of planning, inspecting, replenishing and maintenance of all emergency response equipment within HSE department Store in accordance manufacturers recommendation and/or industry best practices.
• To support and provide first aid treatment to casualties in times of emergency.
• To ensure that all fire fighting, fire suppression and rescue/ first aid equipment are maintained periodically as per manufacturer’s or Industry best practices.

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of SCDF Experience on Emergency.
• NITEC or higher NITEC or equivalent and above.
• At least 3-5 years of actual front-line emergency response experience including (but not limited to) Firefighting and casualties Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Work at Height Rescue
• Experience in leading and managing a team of responders for the mentioned emergency scenarios

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for machine wiring, troubleshooting, and performing functional checks on electrical systems in prototypes.
• Documenting activities in technical reports and also support for basic mechanical assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Wire prototype machines according to design specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues for prototype machine.
• Perform function check to ensure that the prototype operates as intended.
• Document activities and troubleshooting processes in technical reports.
• Provide supporting basic mechanical assembly

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
• Able to Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documents.
• Independent and ability to diagnose and resolve electrical problems.
• Hands-on experience with machine.
• Good time management, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection of pressure vessel, piping including stage, final inspection and tank inspections.
2. Perform turn around inspection of pressure vessel, piping and columns.
3. Able to review previous history, ITP, client procedures and NDT reports.
4. Perform corrosion monitoring inspection and coordination with NDT team.
5. Submit daily and weekly reports to client on the inspection findings.
6. Perform QA/QC welding inspections at site.
7. To handle the QA/QC inspection activities in structural fabrication projects, skid manufacturer clients, pressure vessels, pipe spools etc.
8. Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests.

Job requirements:

1. Must have more than 15 years’ work experience.
2. Must have bachelor or masters degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3. Must have valid API 510 and API 570 Certificate.
4. Must have Welding inspector certificate under AWS-CWI or CSWIP 3.1.
5. Must have NDT level II certificates in MPI, PT, UT and RT.
6. Must have previous shutdown inspection experience in shell Seraya Singapore.
7. Knowledge in code book like AWS, ASME, API codes.
8. Must have a good knowledge about MT, PT, UT, RT Methods.
9. Must having an inspection experience in Exchanger, pressure vessels, piping and columns.

• Understand the stakeholders' requirements and assess the technical feasibility of implementing the best solution to achieve the highest added value.
• Develop BI tools such as reports and dashboards for the various process owners and management to meet business needs.
• Develop automation tools/applications or IT-related solutions to improve the efficiency of the various processes in the organization.
• Develop/source and implement new technologies/capabilities to develop more efficient and secured business processes.
• Identify areas where there is an opportunity to significantly improve the efficiency and security of the business processes, and where there is currently no capability or tool available in-house.
• Create user guides and documentation for the various BI and process automation tools, to ensure usability and maintainability.
• Share the solution, including the user guides and documentation, with the Digital Factory Team so that all BI Engineers can use the knowledge for future projects and back up each other.
• Support and participate in company's continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Business and Finance or other relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a business intelligence engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Lean Six Stigma
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions
• Knowledge of different programming language (Javascript, Python & C#)

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
• Maximizes network performance and optimization by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and scheduling upgrades when necessary
• Oversee maintenance of all IT system in line with IT security policy
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved

Relevant experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or related roles

Basic skills required:

• Diploma / Bachelor degree in IT related field
• Strong understanding of network protocols (Eg: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF)
• Knowledge on LAN/WAN networking, network design, problem solving, network hardware configuration and project management
• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus
• Knowledge of network security best practices and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
