This role is primarily responsible for maintaining the plant automation Operational Technology (OT) systems including but not limited to engineering, troubleshooting, maintenance, projects, and vendor management. OT system consists of control system devices (PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, etc.), server application (PI, historian, SQL, etc.) and field instruments (maintenance and calibration).

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain plant automation, instrumentation, and controls OT infrastructure.

• Experience and proficiency in C/C++ are an advantage.
• Understanding of firmware testing methodology, including Test Driven Development and writing automated tests.

This challenging position involves working as part of a multi-discipline, highly interactive and coordinated team focused on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing facilities for our global projects in EU & US to work remotely based out of Singapore office. Job Scope:

• Carry out necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers.
• Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as mechanical, structural, architectural and Electrical to develop designs.
• Take responsible charge of the process design, including technical accuracy, completeness, and quality of construction documents.
• Analyze and design complex systems, including:
• Planar Chemical, Bulk Chemical, Specialty gases, Bulk gas systems, UPW systems, Waste water systems
• Manage Process Design Development through standard process design documentation including PFD’s and P&IDs.
• Take part in HAZOP studies and ATEX requirements.
• Perform field activities such as observation of construction activities.
• Review construction submittals for conformance with the intent of contract and design documents.
• Develop, organise and control programmes to eliminate existing or potential process/engineering problems and innovate and deliver plant improvements and innovations relating to energy efficiency for our clients;
• Provide technical backup to the operations design teams in resolving specific complex process/plant problems.
• Uses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.
• Ability to use of PIPE-FLO fluid flow analysis software to design, optimize and troubleshoot fluid piping systems.
• Direct the use of appropriate piping system stress analysis software (Autopipe, Caesar or similar).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Process/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience with several years as design.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of chemical and gas, purified water systems, wastes, bulk gases processes, including process safety and environmental regulations.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process technology and equipment.
• Experience with EPCM projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

• Manage customer’s RFQ, review quote package
• Collaborate with customers and internal resource to define requirements
• Generate accurate and detailed quote summary for review
• Apply work knowledge to improve quote formats and output efficiency

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Higher Nitec, preferably in Mechanical or Precision engineering.
• Preferably with 5 years experiences in precision machine shop environment.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings, BOM and GD&T.
• Review material specifications, surface coating and material pre/post treatment
• Familiar with CNC metal machining process like turning and milling etc.
• Meticulous and excellent with details
• Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with customers for their request.
• Well verse in Microsoft WORDS and EXCEL.
