Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. This role involves QA/QC document developing; monitoring site quality control activities; monitoring compliance with standards; implementing quality assurance procedures to deliver projects that meet contract, client specifications, international standards and Singapore regulatory requirements. • Prepare Master Program and update progress monthly.
• Prepare Progress forecast of rolling programs and update of resources.
• Resolve any instrumentation issues & recording.
• Coordinate with services department about diversion work and schedule.
• Ensure overall site progress are updated according to schedule.
• Prepare monthly progress report for client/consultants.
• Assist Project Manager in the preparation and submission of verified work done to Quantity Surveyor.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction planning and programme coordination for railway projects.
• Computer literate with proficiency in planning software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, P6 Primavera.
• Experience in LTA Projects will be advantage.
• Willing to be based at project site office and work 5.5 days
