Technical Support

• Review technical documents.

• Lead the performance test data analysis, identify the gap and improvement area, recommend the actions for rectification and follow through the implementation for closure.

Job Description

In this unique role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy and ensuring it aligns with the business goals. You will lead a talented team of engineers and developers, driving innovation in our products and services while maintaining a strong focus on scalability, security, and reliability.

• Develop and implement a cohesive technology strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and developers.
• Drive technological innovation across all departments to enhance our product offerings.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency and performance.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's information systems and data.
• Collaborate with other executives to make decisions regarding the company's technological resources.
• Manage technology budgets and time frames.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leading and managing a diverse team of engineers and developers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Strong background in software development, with hands-on experience in coding and system design.
• Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing technology strategies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing the development and deployment of complex software solutions and products.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles and practices, ensuring the security and integrity of systems and data.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil & Structure
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (C&S/M&E) is a must.
• At least 1 year experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project
• Location of the project: Data center at Jurong (RTO C&S Cum Archi) /Paya Lebar (RTO C&S cum Archi)/Changi East (RTO Archi)/SGH (RTO Archi/M&E)
