We’re looking to add an Engineer, Facility in Singapore. The position will be based in our Univac Site in Woodlands.

As an Engineer, Facility, you will:

Responsible in carrying out daily administration and technical support functions to Facilities Management (FM).

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Conduct daily building walkabouts to identify maintenance and safety gaps.
• Assist in preparing and following up on the Master Maintenance Schedule to ensure timely, high-quality work from vendors.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal users, service partners, and vendors for efficient project completion and issue resolution.
• Prepare Requests for Quotes (RFQs), gather quotations, and create justification summaries for management approval. Raise purchase requests, manage budgets for facility and security operations, monitor expenditures, and pursue cost-effective solutions.
• Create site-related SOPs and guides for training technical personnel, and develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox and safety briefings with vendors before starting work to ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform regular security audits, risk assessments, and support sustainability and ESG initiatives.
• Implement and oversee security measures to protect company assets, employees, and visitors. Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling, and respond to incidents, including investigations and reporting.
• Ensure proper inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Maintain accurate records for all facility and security operations, and prepare reports on facility performance, security incidents, and budget updates.
• Work closely with internal departments to support their facility and security needs, aligning with HQ Facilities Management approaches.
• Support additional venture sites with Facilities Management (FM) as a secondary backup.
• Perform any other facilities management duties as assigned by the company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Possesses at least a Diploma in Engineering, Building Management, and/or any equivalent discipline.
• 3 years of working experience in Facilities and Building Management.
• Experienced in Managing Agent and Manufacturing background is an advantage.
• Specialized in ACMV and Compressor Air System.
• Experienced in Integrated Facilities Management for both soft and hard services.
• LEW Electrical License (EMA) is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft application.
• Team player with good communication, and equipped with safety first mindset.

1. Assist PM in project planning, implementation and coordination all construction works on site in accordance to master and detail work programme

As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This role is based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Job Duties:

• Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
• Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
• Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 years or more experience in Calibration and Measurement of Dimension is preferred
