About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative software engineer to join our team in Electrical & Industrial Solutions Group Center of Excellence (EISG COE) to launch the next generation software solution for future enterprise engagements. As a software expert engineer, you will be the critical contributor of solution framework knowledge in developing and integrating multiple software products to create solutions. You must be a proven expert with experience designing, implementing, and deploying end-to-end solutions.

About the Team:

You will work closely with strategic planners, product management, and customers to understand key challenges and create solutions that advance this position as a market leader in measurement test.

Responsibilities:

· Lead architectural design and system level integration, interfaces, and test requirements for our client’s board test and measurement software.

· Work to outline end-solution and develop work breakdowns by shippable epics, milestones and ultimately work with leads on sprint deliverables.

· Set the technology direction for major components and services; work hands-on to integrate them into our measurement test software.

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them for the development teams.

· Work closely with various software teams in the development of the common building blocks

· Effectively communicate and interact up and down across the cross-functional teams and organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor/Master Computer Science/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a software related discipline, from an accredited college or university

· Minimum 4+ years’ experience working with product design/development/engineering and product management.

· Proven track record to do what it takes to deliver our products to customers on schedule.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

· Knowledge with basic electronics principles, board testing technology, IEEE boundary scan standards and programming algorithms is an added plus.

· Experience in design, implementation and deployment of software that support multiple platforms (Windows, Linux and MacOS)

· Well-versed in modern techniques in object-oriented design, MVVM architectural pattern, design patterns and measurement libraries

· Expert working knowledge of application development using C#, WPF, .NET or Java GUI

· Familiar with front-end usability and user experience applications development

· Knowledge in RestAPI, gRPC, microservice technology and containerization

· Solid understanding of Jenkins CI/CD development flows and tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, SharePoint, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent for cross platforms

· Experience in reengineering and migrating legacy software solutions to modern technology platform is an added plus.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• Co-ordinate / Execute new product offloads plan
• Interface with customer on product offloads and provide assessment and information on test capabilities and providing resolutions to barriers/constraints
• Performs required test correlation, evaluation, and test characterization on new product offloads, and shall communicate to customer the test results or if any- test correlation issues and resolutions
• Generate Test Setup Specification based on customer’s test requirements for production to support the product
• Evaluate and recommend process change/s for improvements to help improve yield, quality, and cycle time
• Provide required test support needs by Engineers
• Sustain test program, hardware and major setup issues in mass production

Required Qualifications:

As a BIM Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. 5. Work closely with the Quantity Surveying department to provide drawings and information required for tendering, cost estimation, monitoring, and scheduling.
6. Coordinate with the BIM department to validate and confirm the accuracy of BIM designs.
7. Maintain, update, and manage hardware and software essential for the operation of BIM.
8. Assist in the creation of 2D AutoCAD drawings and ensure seamless integration between 2D and BIM models, bridging the gap between office and site operations.
9. Ensure all work conforms to the company’s ISO standards.
10. Support the submission of Operation, Maintenance, and Monitoring (OMM) manuals and media presentations using BIM models.
11. Follow the company's responsibility and authority matrix in the execution of duties.
12. Participate in the conceptualization and detailed design of ACMV/HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards, such as Singapore Code of Practice (CP13), SS553, and the Fire Code.
13. Utilize design software to perform thermal load calculations, energy modelling, and system sizing.
14. Prepare design documents including system layouts, schematics, and specifications.

Requirements

• To manage the shift group to optimise plant performance within the agency’s regulations and compliance requisite.

• Possess 10 years work experience as Operations Engineer in WtE or power plant industry
• Strong technical and O&M expertise in WtE including stoker grates, furnace, steam boilers, flue gas treatment, steam turbine-generator, water and wastewater treatment plant, steam and condensate system, air cooled condenser system, closed loop feedwater system, electrical transmission and distribution system and control and instrumentation system.
• Skilled in comprehending P&ID, PFD, SLD.
• Strong experience with LOTO
