Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute projects and tasks in alignment with Management's objectives.
• Address and prevent issues to enhance customer satisfaction regarding product quality.
• Maintain quality, environmental, and water efficiency systems within the company.
• Assist in the maintenance and compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, and ISO 46001 standards.
• Understand the company's policies and objectives related to quality, environment, water efficiency, and occupational health and safety (OH&S), as well as environmental aspects, safety risk assessments, and information security risks.
• Conduct internal Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS and WEMS) audits and coordinate external audits, including those with customers and vendors.
• Monitor quality failure costs in the production department.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of x-ray machines, ensure cleanliness in the x-ray equipment area, and update monthly schedules for x-ray machine maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experiences in engineering or quality assurance field.
• Preferably with experience in supplier management and product qualification.
• Strong understanding of automotive 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC) and good working knowledge of Minitab or JMP application will be added advantage.
• Good knowledge of 8D problem solving tools (Fishbone diagram, 5-Why, etc.) is preferred.

Job Description

• You will be part of the project team that conceptualizes, designs and develops the Control Process and flow chart designs.

Job Requirement

• Language skills in Japanese is a requirement to liaise with counterparts

The Deputy Technical Manager (for external works) is responsible for all technical operational activities for building/ civil & infrastructure engineering projects, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.
