Responsibilities

• Ability to handle multi-tier architecture design for scalable solutions with manufacturing and billing systems.
• To handle full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing.
• Able to handle data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce.
• Able to develop Technology Solutions.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering.
• 6-8 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects.
• An expert level understanding and 6+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community cloud, SalesforceFinancial Services Cloud (FSC).
• 6+ years exposure in Salesforce business process design and rules configuration.
• Extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• 6+ years of Integration architecture and tools experience - real-time APIs and ETL - tools such as SAP PI/PO, Mulesoft and Salesforce connect; knowledge of Salesforce platform events and integration with ESBs (e.g. SAP).
• Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development.
• Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, appexchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
• Proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL).

The Technical account manager is responsible for managing and growing storage-related business with existing customers, while also identifying new sales opportunities..

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their storage needs and providing tailored solutions.

Provide in-depth technical knowledge of storage products and solutions, including architecture, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with customers to develop and implement storage solutions that meet their business needs.

In-depth knowledge of storage products, solutions, and technologies, including SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud storage.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

5-10 years of experience in storage sales, technical sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing and growing customer relationships.
