Your expertise

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup and configuration of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) backend for Proof of Concept (PoC), Demos, and Internal Testing.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and administration for the VDI environment.
• Manage the Canonical snap store, including technical support, updates, configurations, and account creation.
• Stay informed about trends and best practices in VMware, Citrix, and Azure.
• Deliver training to users as needed during deployment processes.
• Respond to incidents and alerts promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the product development and test team, sales and marketing team, and external customers involved in PoC/PoV.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess an understanding of VDI with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the administration of at least one VDI environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot potential VDI support scenarios.
• Have experience in Windows Desktop administration.

• Have practical experience in end-user support.
