Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Controller will oversee the execution and performance of any building works undertaken by the builder.
The TC appointed must possess a civil or structural engineering degree from a recognised institution and have the right qualifications and experience.
Resident Engineers must meet the acceptable qualifications set by BCA.
Project Manager
• Familiar with all the documents submission to relevant government authorities
• Liaise with consultants and/ or sub-contractors engaged on the project
• Attend regular meeetings with client/ owner/ contractors/ sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule
• Identify and comply with all applicaable statuary/ regulatory requirements related to project
• Communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight
• Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
• Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, including developing and coodinating activities with other sub-contractors
• Able to read shopdrawings
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) recognised by PE Board or equivalent
• At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
