Agile Engineering Best Practices Education

• Conduct training on Agile engineering practices.
• Teach product teams on Domain modeling.
• Demonstrate the effective usage of agile tools such as SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins, JIRA, Mocking frameworks in day to day development work.
• Apply emergent design principles in iterative sprint development.

Test Driven Development

Drive Clean Code and Refactoring Principles

  techniques.

DevOps Alignment

• Work with DevOps teams on the tooling, CI/CD pipeline design to smoothen the
  delivery team adoption of Continuous Delivery principles.

Implement Agile Methodology

• Implement the Agile process, principles and practices across all departments in the organization, by using techniques that promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
• Embody the Agile principles and leads by example.
• Establish a Centre of Excellence on Agile/ DevOps practices.
• Establish Agile Technical DevOps training curriculum suitable for the organization.

Requirements

• Degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience of software development in Agile teams exposed to either SCRUM, XP or Kanban methodology.
• Significant delivery experience in both web development and/or mobile system development and testing.
• Strong in coding on a mixture of different programming languages such as Java, JavaScript.
• Strong proponent of clean code principles and software craftsmanship.

Job Description
• To specialise in processes and to perform higher level of troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide the technicians and operators to achieve required output and quality
• To check on the supplementary materials change to ensure they are properly done
• To assist Line Engineer to check all the control chart and checklist
• To ensure smooth production operation with production report
• To monitor, troubleshoot and improve the production daily final test yield
• To perform maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Any other jobs as assigned by Manpower supervisor

Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline
• Basic operation & manpower control knowledge.
• Basic computer software knowledge such as Microsoft Excel or Words
• Good communication skills.

Site Engineer responsibilities include working closely with our Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various project tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and monitoring project performance. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Executive’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into do-able actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyse risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
