Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Leader to guide our Salesforce team in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, aligning with business strategies and requirements.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including experience in a leadership role.

- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or System Architect, are highly preferred.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.

- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud). - Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.
