• Assist Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to obtain necessary data from the client to execute project.

Agent-related activities:

• Work with Reporting Manager to direct agent activities, including:

- Develop potential/target client list for each agent’s territory.

- Gather intelligence on client needs or problems in the territory.

- Gather market / competitive intelligence.

- Develop tactical sales plans for each major target client.

• Work with Reporting Manager to conduct review and feedback of each agent once per year.

We are looking for

• Experience in refinery or terminal operations in Asia Pacific, or prior relative work experience in industrial related sector will be considered as a plus
• Good technical aptitude and comfort level with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is preferred but not required
• Strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Strong command of English language and MSOffice suite
• Availability to travel regularly for sales activities and agent reviews/training meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out structural design and produce professional engineering calculation complying to Eurocodes and prevailing building control regulations
• Attending technical meetings with authorities, developer and contractors
• Prepare technical engineering report and draft for shop draawing
• Check shop drawing complying to design intent
• Assists Senior Engineers in day to day activity on the projects
• Other duties related to steel structure site erection

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Structural design software TSD, Prokon, and etc
• Good internal and external networking
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil and Structure)
• At least 3 years' local experience, ideally in structural steel design
• Able to do independent structural steel work design
• 5 years experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certification (PE license) is advantageous.
• Experience: Proven experience in construction and site management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, understanding construction methodologies, and using relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing technical support for production process
• Establish work procedures, corrective action and preventions
• Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime
• Perform process improvement and defects analysis
• To liaise with customers for product quality discussion
• Other ad-hoc relating duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Knowledge in sputtering coating technology
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Candidates with lesser experience could be considered for an Assistant Engineer role
