• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.

• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.

o Experience in large size of civil construction project sites over SGD 1000M.

o Construction using a large floating crane (SWL 3,000t or more)

• Good knowledge of Class NK and Japanese Government ship surveys.
• Experience in planning maintenance and management for working vessels.
