Job Summary

The Lead Technical Officer for Electric Vehicle (EV) Buses will oversee the technical aspects of the development, deployment, and maintenance of electric bus systems. Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of EV bus systems and infrastructure.

Innovation and Research

• Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols for EV bus operations, including battery safety, charging infrastructure, and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and assess the performance of EV buses to ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Training and Development

• Develop training programs for technical staff on new technologies, systems, and troubleshooting methods related to electric buses.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior engineers and technical personnel.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor performance data from electric buses, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, performance reviews, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Criteria:

Salesforce Technical Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Leader to guide our Salesforce team in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM solutions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our Salesforce environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation across our organization. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a team of developers and administrators while championing best practices and innovation in our Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, aligning with business strategies and requirements.

- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Design and oversee architecture for scalable Salesforce solutions, incorporating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including experience in a leadership role.

- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or System Architect, are highly preferred.

- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.

- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.

- Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations, including multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud). - Knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders and aligning project goals with business objectives.

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Additional Salesforce certifications is mandatory

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce.

- Knowledge of additional technologies, such as Java, SQL, or JavaScript frameworks, is a plus.

• Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.
