WHAT YOU WILL DO

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Is involved in/supports the design and execution of small/ full scale experiments using appropriate methodology and/or simulations for products/ processes to evaluate the impact of proposed changes to validated equipment/ processes. Proactively identify solutions with support from seniors or direct supervisor to address issues that arose during experiment/evaluation
• Provides technical expertise related to the product, equipment and manufacturing/cleaning processes in response to deviations/ product complaints/ adverse events to identify point of occurrence, root cause and corrective/ preventative actions. Where applicable, develops SOPs, gap analyses and procedures for Quality/EHS subsystems/ topics in compliance with regulatory requirements, divisional and corporate policies and guidelines.
• Supports and manages product portfolio activities. Examples (but not limited to) include managing documentation updates (e.g.SOPS, batchsheets, recipes), quality risk assessments, change control management/ filing support (if applicable) and validation activities such as equipment qualification, simple process validation and cleaning validation/monitoring activities. Expected to have a working knowledge of respective compliance topics related to the above-mentioned activities and understands the principles of Quality by Design (QbD) and executes the requirements in support of a QbD filing where applicable.
• Proactively monitors the performance of process parameters, critical quality attributes and equipment/module(s)/unit operation(s) performance during manufacturing and cleaning. This could involve leading/participating in Prospective Process Analysis (PPA), statistical analysis and response to shifts and trends in process performance. Where applicable (under the guidance of colleagues if necessary), undertakes responsibilities as an active site product steward and is a member of the Value Chain Technical Team.
• In addition, participates in Continued Process Verification and Annual Product review activities as part of product lifecycle management. Applies moderately complex statistical and risk analysis tools to evaluate actions required to ensure product robustness across applicable manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Demonstrates good understanding of product and sterile boundary of the current validated processes. Have good knowledge of the raw materials and PCC (product contact components) used for the products under his/her responsibility.

Job Description:

• Coordination with Utility agencies such as Gas, PUB, SPPG Power EHT, HT & LV

• Review, plan and schedule site activities for diversion work.

• Selection and management of sub-contractors for diversion services.

• Management of document submission and obtaining of approvals from the relevant authorities for diversion works such as NCE

• Coordination with Authorities for the diversion of traffic during relocation of utility services

• Liaise with construction/technical team for making proposal for support and protection of services during active construction period.

• Carry out periodical site inspection during construction period in order to ensure the works near the utility services are proceeding according to agreed procedure and also ensuring utility marker are in place to prevent from utility damage occurring on site.

• Liaise with construction/design team for making proposal for reinstatement of services and coordinate with relevant utility agencies for reinstatement work.

• Regular updates to client (LTA) pertaining to daily utility site activities and diversion schedule.

• Generate daily and weekly utility reports for client and internal organization

• Cross check design drawing and utility corridor to ensure utilities services and future structure are not clashing with each other.

• Involve in the road and junction diversion.

• Liaise with LTA Traffic Management Sub-contractor on shifting the road furniture such as Street lighting, and traffic lights.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experiences in the construction industry and at least 2 years of experience in the coordination with utility agencies for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of work.
• Preferably with a tertiary education in engineering or its equivalent.

Execute the site testing and commissioning activities of the company to the satisfaction of the owners and builders

Liaise with Yard’s commissioning personnel to close out issues which will affect the smooth completion of project

Ensure that Punch List are corrected and Test Memo and Service Acknowledgement Report are signed

Ensure that site issues are highlighted to the Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager in order to come up with proper and timely solution

Inform the project engineers in the event of changes on design, drawings and system operation which may arise during the job execution.

Highlight to Project Engineers any changes that may be required on supplied equipment for quality improvement

Ensure that the equipment used for commissioning are calibrated and maintained in good working condition to achieve quality standard.

Ensure non-conformity report is being raised as and when necessary.

Ensure that non-conformances are promptly resolved by means of investigation and corrective action.
