Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements for thermal cooling solutions. In this role, you will oversee design and process quality, ensuring products meet the highest standards of excellence. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives and optimize production processes within a dynamic, global environment.

The incumbent will be based in Hanoi, Vietnam as part of the company's expansion plans and setting up of a manufacturing facility in Vietnam.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
• Certifications such as Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Willing to be based in Vietnam and travel where required

Job Description
