Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that work on site is on schedule
• Liaise and co-ordinate project site works with consultants, vendors/suppliers and sub-contractors

Key Responsibilities

* Design and analyze cabin interior and mechanical components in support of aircraft interior modification projects.

* Develop drawings (e.g. LOPA, installation drawings, production drawings, etc), work instructions, procedures and recommendations.

* Develop engineering substantiation reports (e.g. Weight & Balance, Structural, Flammability reports) and Engineering Authorizations (EAs).

* Coordinate with FAA DERs and DARs, EASA CVEs and/or local civil aviation authorities for any necessary assistance and/or approvals.

* Support interior and mechanical aspects of proposal development, customer and supplier meetings including onsite modification technical support.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Temporary assignment travel of up to 3 months in the US and other countries in Asia is required.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering); Experience in related commercial aircraft field either in cabin interior design or technical services would be an added advantage.

- Able to research and analyze Boeing or Airbus documents (e.g. SRM, IPC, AMM, etc.) as well as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documents (e.g. Service Bulletins, CMM, etc.).

- Able to create engineering installation and assembly drawings using CATIA V5 or INVENTOR and AutoCAD. The candidate should already understand standard engineering drawing convention such as ASME Y14.5.

- Knowledge of aircraft seating, interior components (e.g. carpets, curtains, galleys, partitions, floor and ceiling structures, etc) and décor materials.

- Knowledge of aircraft structures analysis using both Classical and FEA Methods and ability to use FEA software such as ANSYS/NASTRAN an added advantage.

- Knowledge of FAA CFR 14 Part 25 and equivalent EASA CS Regulations.

- Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

● Carry out engineering design with minimal supervision in accordance with local codes or relevant international design codes

● Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

● Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

● Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

Job Requirements

· Experience in design & design management of healthcare, residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage

· Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

· Experience user with relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks

· Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

· Able to work independently & exercise initiative

L1/ L2 Desktop support Engineer

Responsibilities:

CR creation:

• Creation of Change request, gather information from multiple sources
• Follow up with user for the missing information
• Validate the CR before submission
• Follow up with various stakeholder for the approval of the change request
• Perform CR amendments based on the user request
• Close the CR

Patching

• Perform UAT and production patching
• Follow the SOP for the patching
• Do pre-preparation for the patching
• Follow up the change request and patch the server and components which are only listed in the change
• Get user confirmation before proceeding to next step
• Any issues or error report to the technical team
• Follow up with user on the verification and testing signoff

Shift:

• Its 24/7 shift work including weekends
• Patching should be performed in the patching room at office

Ideal Candidate should have 1-2 years of experience as L1/L2 Desktop support services.

Willing to work in Rotating shifts (9am-6pm, 1pm-10pm, 9pm-6am) including occasional overnight shifts for UAT and weekend work as required.
