As a Technical Sales Engineer, you’ll use your technical know-how to help our clients find the best solutions for their dust collection needs. You’ll be the bridge between our products and the customers, making sure they get the right equipment and support. Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business by promoting and selling industrial dust collection systems.

· To undertake preliminary design, technical review, prepare quotation and sell industrial air filtration machines and equipment.

· Provide technical support to customers, helping them choose the right products.

· Prepare and present quotes and proposals.

· Work with the engineering and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.

· Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.

· Attend client meetings and site visits when necessary.

Requirements

· Diploma Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in technical sales

• Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure Management: Manage AWS Cloud (70%) and on-premise infrastructure (30%) to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to both cloud and on-prem environments.
• User Support: Provide assistance to users of cloud environments and applications to address their operational needs.
