Scope of work
• Prepare technical training materials for new kitchen equipment as and when needed.
• Train new technicians on technical skills and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.
• Perform quality checks on technicians’ technical service and service quality in conformance with company mission and vision.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, as and when needed.
• Perform delivery and installation of kitchen equipment to customer sites, as and when needed.
• Ensure proper care of tools, materials, and work areas.
• Ensure proper care of company properties.
• Ensure proper care of spare part inventories as issued by company.
• Ensure the daily work activities are carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with the company procedures and standards.
• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
· Preferably with prior experience in servicing and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.
· Pro-active, keen to learn, self-motivated, and ability to work independently.
