• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Hands-on experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, gearboxes). Experience in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of static equipment such as heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping systems .
• Ability to perform gasket replacements, flange management, and bolt torquing to ensure leak-free joints
• Knowledge on Gas/Steam turbines, HRSG, water treatment plant equipment will be an added advantage .
• Familiarity with Condition Monitoring techniques and Predictive Maintenance tools
• Basic understanding of Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) interfaces with mechanical systems.

Job Summary

The Partner Technical Lead (PTL) role is an integral member of NetApp’s partner sales team as the primary technical resource for assigned partners. • Successful experience in building long term personal relationships with senior level Partners.
• NetApp technical skills preferred.
• Specialized knowledge in infrastructure including virtualization & server/network/storage. Knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies preferred.
