About the Role:

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of end-to-end system implementation projects for Detica KYC and integration with other AML systems, ensuring the alignment of project goals with business requirements;
• Liaise with various units across IT and Business to ensure effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle;
• Lead pre-project planning activities, contributing to architecture and functional specifications, delivery plans, technical design, cost estimations, and resource planning;
