Job Responsibilities:

• Build technical expertise in company' s various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups
• Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of company's advertising solutions
• Partner closely with the Sales teams to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services

Job Requirements:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree
• Min 3+ years’ experience as technical account manager, support engineer, AdTech consultant in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries
• Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs
• Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript and HTTP
• Experience in troubleshooting API request payload and understanding SDK for Ads tracking is desired
• Knowledge of Advertising Technology ecosystem is a plus
• Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
• Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Should have good communication skills and fluent in English and Korean language since the role will liaise with Korean speaking stakeholders.
