Job Description

• Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.

Job Summary

The Technical Superintendent is responsible for the overall technical management of the tugboat assigned to him/her, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role involves overseeing vessel maintenance, repairs, inspections, and managing the shipboard technical teams to ensure the tugboats are maintained to the highest standards. Job Scope:

• Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements, and lead the project from conception to implementation.
• Assist in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows.
• Familiar with the entire project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration.
• Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.
• Provide support to the Migration Lead in MS Dynamics 365 migration activities in pre-production and production phases.

Job Qualifications:
